Our appointment was at 9:00 Am but due to NJ traffic we reached at 10:00 AM. We both were worried that we may be turned back but it turnout that they had given 9:00 AM appointment to everyone.
As soon as you will go on the second floor you will be handed over a cardboard with an application to be filled by you. Fill that application and wait in a line to be called by a clerk for checking your ID and hands. The person will closely check your hand, most probably to make sure that they are good for FP.
Once she is satisfied, you will be given a number and asked to be seated in a big hall. Your number will be called and the person will take FP for every fingers in your hand. You will also be photographed.
The whole process took us an hour.
Just one more thing, plenty of parking is available in front of the prudential building.

I have taken filights to Indore from both Mumbai and Delhi. There is not much difference per say, both of them provide you the shuttle to domestic airport. The delhi shuttle takes slightly longer (like 10 mins more). Both places have good facilities to wait too.
So I guess take whichever is cheaper.
One important point to remember though is that if you are travelling in Dec and Jan, Delhi does get a lot of fog and flights get delayed. So if your domestic flight got delayed, you might the international one or if the international one get delayed then you might be stuck in delhi for a while. I got stuck there for a day (although the airline provided nice accomadation).
So if going in Dec or Jan, choose Mumbai.

What you are saying may be logically correct, but USCIS needs the proof on paper. USCIS needs I-140 approval notice to give you 3-year H1B extension. You can try without that, but not gauranteed anything. Same with I-140 applying also, they need original copy of labour approval to file I-140. USCIS has proper application rejection procedures for all this. May be they are not having proper Approval procedures, but they do have proper Rejection procedures depending on documents required to file something.
So finally, you have to get I-140 approval notice, otherwise they won't grant 3-year H1B extension.

Take advice of another lawyer. I have a friend who did something similar and he is simply sitting tight (on advice of his lawyer). So I would not simply start the whole process from scratch before consulting a couple of other lawyers.

Did anyone travel to India, by landing at Delhi Intl airport, and then proceeding to other destination city through a domestic airline?
Never been to Delhi, and I have no idea how Intl and domestic travel works in tandem...

Once while coming back from from Mumbai via Delhi, we did not have to change the flights, sat in the same flight to London.
And on other occasion where the connecting flight was Sahara to a Local Indian airport, we had to take our luggage and go to the Delhi domestic airport.
While in both cases, the Airline would arrange for the transport, Delhi has an inside route for passenger transfers(other vehicles are not allowed), while in bombay the bus goes thru the city, where the traffic is always severe.
In both the airports, if you are landing in the late morning (after 3-4am), you should follow up with the local airlines transport co-ordinator( bus driver ;)), to see what time is he gonna wake up and take you to the domestic airport.
Once when my inlaws were transferring from Bombay local to bombay international, they took a cab instead, as Jet airways did not have a bus ready to take the international passengers when they got out of the airport.

As far as I know INS cannot look into somebody's tax records without the individual's consent. I am not sure this is even a genuine post.

How she keep AOS status (I-485) when out of the country for long period, and do not have AP, while go out of the country. She can come on H-4, but, I don't know, she can be on AOS status for green card. Consult a lawyer.

Few weeks after we gave our Finger prints, My wife went to India to take care of my mom.
Yesterday, we AGAIN got Finger print appointment notices. It does not say if USCIS was unable to read our finger prints or anything, It is a regular FP notices.
Since I am here in the US, I do not mind giving FP's again, but my wife is in India and she cannot give FP now. Another thing is we applied for H1 extension, She cannot come until I get my H1 and she get's it stamped. We do not have AP to travel.
The day we gave our FP's, USCIS has put stamps on our FP appointment notices with the details. I have these notices with me. Are these of any help ???

With an I-140 approval a strict reading of the law does seem to imply to me also that an extension only if I-485 cannot be filed. However USCIS has been interpreting this to be I-485 cant be approved because of visa numbers. And that makes sense.
So once dates go U (like they have now), or you are no longer current, you can still get 3 year extensions. Thats what has happened to a couple of my friends.
