I am having an option of joining a new employer with whom to file LC. Company is not very big 50 employees and started in 2002.
I am very worried about the stability of the company. This kind of companies are normal or I am just unneccessarily imagining and worrying ???
How to check the stability of a company before you start filing anything ???

I used my 485 EAD, which I received when I filed my 485 with my spouse. And now I want my employer to apply H-1B for me. I am wondering if I can apply change of status to H-1B within US or I have to apply H-1B petition, which requires me to get out of US and get the visa at some US consulate or embassy.
I'd really appreciate any info.

You will be using XNA Game Studio (installs into Visual Studio), to develop games. All your time other than for graphics will be spent in Visual Studio 2010. Highly recommend you have a device. Testing in the emulator is not the greatest for games.
Note: All you need is the freely available tools (Express Editions). Having the student or paid versions does not really benefit those using the XNA Game Studio, or building applications for WP7. I'm sure that page says that, just didn't want you to get confused.
If you have done any other game programming you will find everything pretty easy, just takes a bit to get use to. It sounds like you are new to C#, but don't worry most tutorials are setup in a way this shouldn't be a problem.
The MSDN Create site has code samples and there are lengthy tutorials online that will help you get started with XNA.

you should get receipt within a week, so there is not much difference in time.
You can join new co as soon as USCIS recieves your petition, but most people play safe and wait until the receipt notice arrives.

You will not jeopardize your I-485 as long as job with company C is in same or similar occupation. Whether USCIS will grant an H-1 3 year extension based on a withdrawn/revoked I-140 is not certain. I outlined the reasons for this uncertainty in my response on the thread entitled "Facing Layoff---6 months left..."

USCIS recently issued a Memo that amends Adjudicator�s Field Manual on General Form I-140 Issues. Many issues are covered, but one of particular interest to our PERM (http://www.h1b.biz/lawyer-attorney-1135851.html)readers is the Labor Certification Validity for Labor Certifications with an Ending Validity Date that Falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Federal Legal Holiday.

I do not get my pay checks by email. We have to log into our company's internal web site and take a print out of the paycheck. (Its actually a web page I have been taking a printout, even for my Visa extensions). My parents had a Visa Stamping last month with out any issues.

We still in negotiation. not come to a stage where EAD has been asked for. i am wondering what else could they ask for other than EAD like do they need to provide any proof that they will sponsor my green card or do i need to file AC21 in advance.
It all depends on Company. Most of the companies they just see EAD and take you.
If that company has dedicated IMM people and IMM knowledge they might ask you for more information and they just want to make sure they don't need to support you when needed.

My father (over 60 years) is coming to the States in June 15, and his B1 visa expires on June 24. However, my father is planning to stay until August 20.
My question is:
Will he be able to stay after his visa expiration date?
In other words, when will his I-94 expire?

You need to be in valid H1B status to get H1B extension. If you have abandoned it or it has expired, then you are subject to H1B quota. But I don't have any document/memo to support it. Wait for more senior people's response.
