1) Many of us have already used AC21, The current economic condition might force us to switch job on EAD, Can we file AC21 multiple times. Has any one done this.
2) If I do not file AC21, with new job and can we leave with the 1st employer as for future employment, Join the original employer we filed AC21 upon approval of GC, In than condition, an offer letter from the employer hold good in case of RFE.

Employment Letter is a part of the initial evidence. There is a memo recently saying that any missing initial evidence will result in denial of application without RFE. Try to cajole your employer and gather as much evidence as you can about being asked for $$$ for helping you file 485

Has anyone heard about the immigrant advocacy groups that are planning a protest march on Washington one day after Obama's inaguration. They plan to demand that immigration raids stop and that immigration reform be taken up during the first 100 days of Obama's administration (while recognizing that the economy comes first)
The marches are apparently being organized by the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA). These news are very fresh and thus far I have only seen it on Spanish language media (3 different online newspapers). Here is the note in Spanish: http://www.chirla.org/node/246
Should we march ourselves for legal immigrants? Send flowers? The inaguration and following days will be very visible.

The H-1B quota is slowing reaching its limit. The so-called advanced degree cap is now full and approximately 53,800 cases have been counted against the 65,000 allocated to the regular cap. USCIS has advised that those wishing to be counted against this year's cap should submit their applications as soon as possible.
A lot has been said about how much longer the H-1B quota has lasted this year. There's a been a lot of speculation about the reasons why the quota is still open. I heard from some source that non citizens cannot donate blood... if this is not true then count me in ....
Citizenship is a non-issue. If I correctly, the only bar on blood donations arise from recent overseas travel (2 years or 4 years?) to one of the 'high-risk' malaria areas in the world.

I had applied for my H1B extn and got an RFE. Lawyers replied to it and its almost 7 weeks now, haven't got any reply.
Is this a usual timeframe? how long will it usually take for USCIS to take any action on the RFE's after the reply was sent with all appropriate documents?

I at times see that something was updated on my case..."last updated date" but then there is no status update.....for example this happened on my I131 application on Feb 4, 2009

Yes he can apply for a TN again, no limit on the number of times alien can enter on TN. If he leaves while his COS is pending it will be considered to be abandonment of the petition.
